Job responsibilities

1. According to the departmental plan, around the whole life cycle of methylated products, as the project leader, independently undertake the whole process management of project research and development, assist the products to complete mass production and marketing, and ensure that the products meet the market demand;

2. Make product development plan, design and complete the raw material screening and process system optimization of the project, supervise and manage the effective implementation of the project experiment, and complete the analysis and summary of the experimental data;

3. According to the departmental plan and market feedback, constantly adjust and optimize the performance of the products on sale;

4. Do a good job in cross-departmental technical support, assist relevant departments to do a good job in product knowledge training in marketing, sales and after-sales departments, and follow up and solve product problems fed back by clients;

5. Supervise and review all technical documents in the R&D process to ensure the compliance and traceability of R&D documents;

6. Be responsible for the training of team members in experimental skills, professional knowledge, R&D process and other aspects, and master the technology and ability needed in product development;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
